As you can see from the chart above, the Medicare Supplement L Plan will provide coverage for the deductibles, coinsurance and copayment expenses listed below:
- Medicare Part A coinsurance for hospital stays, including additional 365 days after Medicare benefits are exhausted.
- 75% of Medicare Part B coinsurance for physicians and outpatient physician services.
- 75% of the Medicare Part A copayment for hospice services.
- 75% of the cost of the first three pints of blood required for any medical procedure.
- 75 % of the copayment for skilled nursing facility stays.
- 75% of the Part A franchise.
Plan L will not provide coverage for Part B Deductible, Part B Excess Charges or Foreign Travel Emergency.
