As you can see from the chart above, Medicare Supplement Plan M will provide you with cost-effective coverage for the following expenses:
- Medicare Part A coinsurance for hospital stays, including an additional 365 days after your Medicare benefits are exhausted.
- Medicare Part B coinsurance for physician and outpatient physician services.
Medicare Part A copayment for hospice services. - The first three pints of blood required for any medical procedure.
- Medicare copayment for skilled nursing facility stays.
The 50% of the Part A franchise. - 80% for foreign travel emergencies up to a lifetime benefit of 50,000 $.
Plan M will not provide coverage for the Part B deductible or Part B excess expenses.
